CABLE HOOK UP PROCEDURE
Step 1: Remove top
Step 2: Disconnect choke cable from lever
Step 3: Slide choke cable into top plate from reverse side.
Step 4: Lock lead anchor into place
Step 5: Slide choke sheathing back on and hook up lever as shown
Step 6: Slide throttle cable into top plate.
Step 7: Install ....big spring.... and collapse with fingers to hook cable anchor into plastic throttle slide then release spring.

Step 8: Finished hook up ready to slide back into carb. with Plastic slide slot alignment to carb. alignment

Step 9: Install screws and tighten down secure making sure gasket seats correctly on carb:

that fits the old style carb. Rubber on this air cleaner bell has a 3cm
